All items purchased on www.ice.riedellskates.com or www.roller.riedellskates.com will be shipped via UPS from our warehouse in Red Wing, MN. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Typically, orders placed by 12:00 PM CST will ship within 3 business days provided that all items are in stock and the shipping and billing information has been verified. Depending on location in the U.S., customers have the option to select UPS Standard Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air shipping. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are fixed and based on the total order amount. A customer’s total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of their order.
All orders will be sent with signature delivery requested. The ultimate decision on whether or not to leave the customer’s package without a signature is that of the UPS delivery person. If a customer would rather have the delivery person leave their order on their door step it is best to leave a note on their door asking the driver to leave their package with "No Signature Required".
Customers should verify the accuracy of their shipping address before submitting their order; we are unable to change the address of a customer’s order once it passes through our verification stage.
Standard Shipping is available to all locations within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard Shipping Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within the United States. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. When calculating delivery time, Saturday and Sunday are excluded. The UPS Estimated Ground Transit Time Map shows the approximate number of days it will take a package to reach a certain destination when shipped via Standard Ground. This map is for reference only and is not a guarantee. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on www.ice.riedellskates.com or www.roller.riedellskates.com pass to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. To expedite the shipping process and minimize delays, customers should make sure that all supplied shipping and billing information is correct and any alternate delivery addresses are on file with their bank or Credit Card Company. Express orders placed by 12:00 PM CST, typically ship same day as long as all items are in-stock and the payment has been processed. Express orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the following non-holiday business day. Order placed using Next Day Shipping that are shipped on a Friday will generally be delivered on the following Monday. Weekends, holidays and the day of shipping do not count towards the delivery time. It is suggested to use Two Day Shipping to locations in Hawaii & Alaska.

We will ship into Canada for any order placed on www.ice.riedellskates.com or www.roller.riedellskates.com. All international shipments will be shipped through UPS. At this time the only international country that orders placed on www.ice.riedellskates.com or www.roller.riedellskates.com can be shipped to is Canada.
For all orders being shipped to Canada, all customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages, etc., will be shown and paid for at the time of checkout from www.ice.riedellskates.com or www.roller.riedellskates.com. Please consult the express shipping option tables below for expected costs and time in transit estimates.
Due to limitations, we are unable to ship to APO, FPO, DPO, and PO Box addresses or the US territories of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
The shipping courier (UPS) will make two attempts to deliver a customer’s merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying the customer of the attempt. Most couriers allow the customer the ability to have a package held at a local customer center. This can usually be arranged online through the couriers' website. If the package is deemed undeliverable after the third attempt, the product will be returned to our warehouse. The customer will be credited for the price of the merchandise minus the actual cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping. All credits will be applied to the customer’s original payment method.
Please note: once a package is shown as delivered by UPS a lost package claim cannot be filed. If a customer feels there was an error with their delivery, it is recommended that they contact us immediately at 800-698-6893.
